Celebrating Excellence: Michal Gorski Honoured with the ‘Rob Young Award for Outstanding Achievement’

At Logicall, we believe in celebrating those who embody our values and contribute to our collective success with exceptional dedication. It’s with great pride that we announce Michal Gorski as the recipient of this year’s 'Rob Young Award for Outstanding Achievement.’

This prestigious award was established in honour of Rob Young, a former General Manager at our Feltham office, whose unexpected passing left a lasting legacy of outstanding customer service and operational excellence. To keep his memory alive, the award is presented to team members who exemplify his passion for delivering exceptional results.

Michal joins an esteemed group of recipients, including Jake Pulman and Nathan White, and has been recognised for his incredible efforts in supporting the seamless integration of the Logicall UK businesses and particularly his work with our technical platforms. His unwavering commitment, professionalism, and alignment with Logicall’s values and culture made him the unanimous choice of the management team.

The award comes with flight vouchers and a lump-sum investment in professional development, empowering recipients to grow their skills and further their careers – a testament to our belief in nurturing talent that directly benefits our customers.

We recognise that our achievements are only meaningful if they translate to better outcomes for our customers, which is why the Rob Young Award isn’t just an internal accolade – it’s a promise. A promise that we invest in leaders who:
- Anticipate your needs through innovative solutions.
- Overcome challenges in global logistics.
- Deliver results with precision and care.

Michal’s award underscores our commitment to building teams that go the extra mile to ensure your cargo, timelines, and budgets are in the safest hands.

Congratulations, Michal, on this well-deserved recognition! Your dedication inspires us all and reflects the very best of Logicall.
