1. Main Human Rights Issues
Given our sector and operations, we have identified the following as our most prominent human rights risks:
- Labour rights of temporary and agency workers, who form a significant part of our logistics operations.
- Health and safety of our warehouse, transport and office workers.
- Fair treatment and non-discrimination in our multicultural workforce.
- Working conditions in our supply chain, including subcontracted (transport) providers.
- Compliance with trade sanctions and export controls to avoid complicity in human rights abuses, as governed by our Trade Compliance Policy.
We review these issues periodically as our operations and business relationships evolve.
2. Human Rights Due Diligence
In line with the UNGPs, Logicall conducts ongoing human rights due diligence to identify, prevent, mitigate and account for adverse impacts. Our due diligence process includes:

3. Grievance Mechanism & Remediation
Logicall Group provides accessible channels for anyone who believes their human rights have been adversely affected by our activities to raise concerns:
- Confidential Advisor: Available to all employees for concerns regarding workplace conduct, discrimination, harassment or other interpersonal issues.
- Whistleblower Procedure: A formal reporting channel for suspected misconduct, violations of law or breaches of company policy, in compliance with EU Whistleblower Protection Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/1937).

All reports are treated confidentially. Logicall prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises concerns in good faith. Where we identify that our operations have caused or contributed to adverse human rights impacts, we commit to providing for or cooperating in appropriate remediation.
