Our commitment
to the Sustainable Development Goals

Logicall Group supports the Sustainable Development Goals
Logicall focuses its sustainability efforts on three Sustainable Development Goals where our operations have the most direct impact. For each goal, we set concrete, measurable targets and report on progress annually.
The UN’s SDG indicators are designed to measure progress at a national level. We use them as a frame of reference and translate them into company- and Group-level metrics that allow us to track Logicall’s own contribution.
SDG 8 — Decent Work and Economic Growth
Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all.
Across our warehouses and transport operations, we rely on a workforce that reflects the diversity of the communities we operate in. We are committed to ensuring that every person working at or for Logicall, whether permanent, temporary or subcontracted, has access to fair conditions, a safe environment and effective channels to raise concerns.
Target
8.5
By 2030, achieve full and productive employment and decent work for all women and men, including for young people and persons with disabilities, and equal pay for work of equal value.
Indicator
8.5.1
Average hourly earnings of female and male employees, by occupation, age and persons with disabilities.
Target
8.8
Protect labour rights and promote safe and secure working environments for all workers, including migrant workers, in particular women migrants and those in precarious employment.
Indicator
8.8.1
Fatal and non-fatal occupational injuries per 100,000 workers, by sex and migrant status.
Indicator
8.8.2
Level of national compliance with labour rights (freedom of association and collective bargaining) based on International Labour Organization (ILO) textual sources and national legislation, by sex and migrant status
WHAT WE DO
Diverse workforce
Logicall employs people of over 25 nationalities across its operations. Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Policy includes evidence-based bias reduction measures in recruitment, such as the use of gender decoder tools and structured interview processes.
Supply chain labour standards
Logicall employs people of over 25 nationalities across its operations. Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Policy includes evidence-based bias reduction measures in recruitment, such as the use of gender decoder tools and structured interview processes.
Human rights commitment
Logicall has published a Human Rights Policy Statement aligned with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, covering due diligence, risk identification and grievance mechanisms.
Grievance channels
Employees have access to both a confidential advisor and a formal whistleblower procedure, in compliance with EU Directive 2019/1937.
Supply chain labour standards
Our Supplier Code of Conduct requires adherence to ILO core conventions. Strategic suppliers are subject to periodic assessment, with non-compliance escalated through a documented monitoring and escalation process
Safe working environment
Health and safety requirements are integrated into all operational decisions, with location-level responsibility and regular assessments.
SDG 12 — Responsible Consumption and Production
Ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns.
Packaging materials are the largest material flow within our operations. We work with suppliers and customers to reduce waste, increase recycled content and prepare for upcoming EU packaging regulations.
Target
12.5
By 2030, substantially reduce waste generation through prevention, reduction, recycling and reuse.
Indicator
12.5.1
National recycling rate, tons of material recycled. Logicall: Waste Report per site/ Group level.
Target
12.6
Encourage companies, especially large and transnational companies, to adopt sustainable practices and to integrate sustainability information into their reporting cycle. Logicall: Waste Diversion Rate per site/ Group level.
Indicator
12.6.1
Number of companies publishing sustainability reports
WHAT WE DO
PPWR compliance
Systematic assessment of all packaging categories (e.g. cardboard boxes, pallets, tape, labels, fill material and stretch film) against EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) requirements.
EUDR preparedness
Supply chain mapping for wood- and paper-based packaging to ensure deforestation-free sourcing, including DDS reference number collection from suppliers.
Sustainable Procurement
Supplier Code of Conduct covering environmental management, labour rights, health & safety and business ethics; required for all major suppliers by 2026.
Grievance channels
Assessment of recycled content in packaging materials (e.g. PPWR requirements) and engagement with customers to phase out non-sustainable packaging where alternatives exist.
Circular packaging
Our Supplier Code of Conduct requires adherence to ILO core conventions. Strategic suppliers are subject to periodic assessment, with non-compliance escalated through a documented monitoring and escalation process
Waste partnerships
Collaboration with waste processing partners (e.g. Meerlanden for biogas production from timber pallet waste) to close material loops.
SDG 13 — Climate Action
Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts.
Logicall is a logistics service provider operating across warehousing, distribution and supply chain solutions. Of all our activities, our own fleet operations represent the largest share of direct carbon emissions. We measure our footprint and are taking concrete steps toward lower-emission alternatives.
Target
13.2
Integrate climate change measures into national policies, strategies and planning (here: used on company level)
Indicator
13.2.1
Total greenhouse gas emissions per year.
WHAT WE DO
Carbon Accounting
Annual carbon footprint measurement covering Scope 1 (fleet, facilities), Scope 2 (electricity) and Scope 3 (air freight, upstream logistics), using approved (Climax) software to further analyze the data.
Science Based Targets
Commitment to emission reduction targets aligned with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), with defined reduction pathways for both direct fleet emissions and Scope 3 air freight. Current status: committed (confirmed by SBTi).
Alternative fuels
Implementation of HVO100 as a transitional fuel for vehicles not yet eligible for electric alternatives, reducing well-to-wheel CO₂ emissions compared to fossil diesel.
Fleet Electrification
Strategic roadmap based on analysis of all vehicles across zero-emission zone compliance, distance feasibility and charging infrastructure, starting with EV pilots at locations where operational profiles allow it.
Carbon Transition Plan
Published plan with scenario analysis, including timelines, investment requirements and expected emission reductions per measure.
Energy monitoring
Structured measurement of energy consumption across all 10 locations (current baseline: 4.4M kWh annually), identifying reduction opportunities per site based on EED energy audit data.
