ESG: Our sustained ability
Logistics is no longer just about moving goods. It now means navigating a landscape shaped by geopolitical tensions, changing laws, increasing customer demands, societal expectations, and growing pressure from investors and banks.
These external forces matter, but at Logicall, it's our own compass that sets the course. Sustainability is becoming part of how we work, with ESG showing the way.
That’s why ESG deserves its own role on stage: to connect and unite sustainability within our Group and across Business Units, creating real & shared value for our customers and taking responsibility for our planet.
Our ESG magazine
This magazine is intended as an accessible introduction to Logicall Group's sustainability direction. We share the steps we took in 2025, our perspective on ESG elements and the figures that guide us. The form, in which it is presented is meant to be read, not weighed, for that matter.
We also want to be explicit about what this magazine is not: it is not a formal sustainability report prepared in accordance with a reporting standard such as ESRS, GRI or VSME.
In parallel with this magazine, Logicall is preparing a separate Sustainability Statement covering reporting year 2025, prepared on a voluntary basis in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) under the CSRD (status quo 2026). That document includes a double materiality assessment (ESRS 1), the general disclosures (ESRS 2) and the topical standards for the topics that are material to Logicall, applied in line with the reporting requirements as currently (2026) in force.
The Sustainability Statement will be available on request to our stakeholders and can be discussed in person where helpful. For access or a walkthrough, please contact us.
Our ESG
While offering trusted logistics, we build our approach to ESG on the same foundation. We focus on what we can control, take responsibility for what we influence and are honest about what still needs polishing. Our priorities are clear, our steps are practical and our progress is measurable. Environment
We treat sustainability as a practical responsibility, not a statement. Across our warehouses and transportation flows, we work to reuse materials, reduce emissions and prevent waste from becoming waste in the first place.
Social
Trust starts inside our companies. We strive to offer a workplace where people feel safe, respected and empowered to take ownership: for their work, their growth and each other. Equality and respect are more than goals, they’re shared values that drive how we act, decide and improve together.
Governance
Strong governance lives in daily choices. In how we lead, decide and hold each other accountable. Integrity, fairness and transparency guide our operations, ensuring that the trust others place in us is continually earned, both internally and externally.
Our projects
Innovative waste processing
Halfway through this year, we invested in a wood shredder. Because instead of the incinerator, we found a new leading role in the Green Energy Plant of Meerlanden; an innovative waste processor with the mission: Smarter Circular Together.
